Drunk On Passion

My soul takes me to a land faraway,
Guided by the soft melodies, I sway faraway.

I write music with my body, paint art with my feet,
Emotions form poems; I surrender where they meet.
I sing with my fingers, steal words with my eyes,
I try to escape reality, and this world full of lies.
I leap into the crescendo, and slide down the notes,
I twirl around the refrains, blooming like a rose.

My soul takes me to a land faraway,
Guided by the soft melodies, I sway faraway.

Let life give me one last chance,
I’ll be drunk on passion, drunk on dance….
